In this workshop we will be doing different improvisation theater games. It is a very playful workshop where we will embrace our inner child and let them run wild! With easy and accessible exercises we will get in to our bodies, in to our laughter and in connection with others. The workshop is inspired on the playful games that they do in improvisation competitions, also called theater sports, where often groups compete against each other. In this workshop its about support and togetherness. All bodies, all people are welcome. If yo never did theater before? No problem! It is very accessible for everybody. In this workshop you will even forget it's about theater. It's about play!
